Who I am and What I Do

Hello, I'm Susanna, founder of Fieldfare interiors.

I have a passion for sustainability and turning unloved items into something beautiful. When the time came for me to head back into the working world, after being a stay at home Mummy for 5 years, I struggled to find something that fit, something that gave me that spark. That's when I realised that perhaps my love for refinishing our own furniture, could be turned into my very own Furniture Refinishing business and that's when Fieldfare Interiors was born. Fieldfares and Song Thrushes are two of my favourite birds, so after some careful thought, a decision was made and Fieldfare Interiors won out, pairing my love of nature and furniture renovation.

I produce beautiful pieces of furniture with a high quality finish, whilst keeping sustainability at the forefront, saving as many pieces from landfill as possible.

I offer a fully customised service for your furniture. From paint colour, to the paper that lines the drawers and everything in-between, we can work together to make you fall in love with your furniture all over again. Or if you wanted me to source a piece to transform for you, I can do that too.
